I don't know.
So this is my first post. I don't really know what to write. So.
We recently started reading Huck Finn and honestly I don't know whether-or-not I like it yet. It's pretty screwed up so far. And parts are really depressing. I really hate the way Mark Twain writes, I can't understand it. Especially the part during the Hairball Fortune. I still don't really understand what Tom was trying to say, so it helped when we talked about it in class.
I was a little pissed when we found out his father was still alive. So far, his dad reminds me of someone I know, which makes me not like the book even more. I can't stand when people treat other people like garbage, and his dad treats Huck terribly. I want to punch his dad in the face.
Also, Huck is stupid. He gave away all of his money, so his dad wouldn't be able to get to it. He should have just hid it somewhere. What a 'tard.
I was honestly proud of Huck when he started focusing on his studies and acting someone not stupid, but then his dad came back and stole him and now I want to punch them BOTH in the face.
wut.

Hey bros, I definitely agree with this post because Huck's dad is for sure Not the best person in the world. I also disagree For the fact that Huck giving his money to the judge to protect was a pretty smart idea. Not only did it keep the money from his dad, but is also in the hands of a trustworthy man. As always, you bros have been awesome! Byyyeeeee! (fist bump).
I misunderstood the way Twain wrote the part about the money. I thought Huck gave his money to the Pastor..Reverend..guy person, like for keeps.
I'm still getting used to the way that Twain writes >.<
