Picture of Huck with a pig?

Is this suppose to be the pig he had to kill to escape? I mean it's small from the details the book descried with the whole blood and other things.

Not really sure if you looked at the picture closely, but if you do, you will see that it is in fact a rabbit. So it is impossible for it to be the pig that he kills. This picture of Huck is probably just meant for us to get a visual of what he looks like and some of what he likes to do. Such as hunting.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but quite frankly that is a rabbit. Pigs do not have long floppy ears I am afraid to say, unless perhaps the pig is a product of incest then you are defiantly on to something.

That is not the pig that he kills, it's something else he caught for his meal. The picture shows Huck holding something that clearly is not a pig at all.
