interesting & sad
Alright, the fact that Huck's idea of escaping and getting out of the hands of his father is to plan to stage his own death, he doesn't just go missing, but stages his own death. I think that is a pretty good idea but maybe not all the way thought through. I am not sure how I feel about all that has happened so far. I mean the book so far just shows so much disrespect towards 'Slaves' and I hate that, they are people too. And how the judge let pap take huck, I mean shouldn't he look into this case more? See that he is a crazy drunkard, and there is more to this? I mean he kept going to jail. They need a better judge. But huck seems really strong and independent and even though he might be a little shaken up from his father, I still believe he can put his head on all the way straight. But I don't think that he has thought far enough ahead to what he will do after 'disappearing' all the way through. I do believe they will find him and pap will be worse than how has been in the past.
