Oscar Award Winner

Huck's whole faking his death was done very creatively. The stuff that he thinks of like the pig blood and the drag marks that led to the lake was awesome. I thought it was ironic that almost every night pap gets drunk but the one night Huck tries to escape pap is sober. In order for Huck to get all this stuff done he has to be very mature and I think that all of this is making him into a man.

I agree that he is very creative in the way he pulls off faking his death. I would never think through all those steps, and probably never have the guts to actually do it. He's very brave and clever, but you can also tell by all he goes through that he is just desperate to start his life over.

I would also agree that Huck is very creative. I do disagree with your description as it does not match your ill-placed picture.

Bro this is so true. Man I definitely agree with you on his maturity. him staging his death was also pretty legit and I also find it ironic that he escaped the day his dad was sober

Huck is very creative, he needed a quick way to escape from his Pap and did so with flying colors. I think the ripples of this act might hurt him in the long run. But for now, it got him what he needed.
